Delivery Times
Most items will be delivered with in 10 to 15 days by USPS. Shipping times will very by vendor. Some items will take longer and there will be a note in the product details of any differences.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
Since we process our orders quickly, under most circumstances you will not be able to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Returns Policy
We have a 30 day return policy on all of our products. If you are not completely happy with the quality of your item(s) please contact us and we will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Since some items can be broken or are made of precious materials we recommend insuring your items for the return journey. We will only issue refunds once your items have been returned. These policies will very by vendor.

• J4J products will have a $45 restocking fee on returns. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unclear about these policies.

Defective Items
If your item be shown to have defects in manufacturing please contact us and we will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will cover the return cost. Once we have received your item(s) and we have inspected we will issue a refund or a replacement.

Some products we sell can be broken when mishandled so all products will be shipped with insurance to cover the costs of any damage during shipping.
